Organizational change is a journey, and the first step is determining the starting point. Our assessments lay the foundation for growth by assessing strengths and weaknesses, and establishing a path for success.
 
We offer both personal and corporate assessments. 
 
 

Personal &Team Assessments

Do you know what motivates you? How do you come across to others? Are you aware of your communication style and problem solving approach? How can you best serve as part of a team?  
 
The answers to these questions offer important insight into how people work, both individually and as part of a team. During our assessment process, we use the PREP® Profile System – a concise but comprehensive online survey that evaluates who an individual really is. We also look at energy reserves, capacity to change and stress levels. The results can be used to develop personal achievement programs, and they can also be used to as part of a team or corporate-wide evaluation. 
 

Corporate Culture Assessment

Corporations are a lot like people. They have strengths and weaknesses, and they even have personalities.  LDiTraining’s Corporate Culture Assessment program helps organizations better understand how they operate, so they can enhance what’s working and address what’s not.
