Chan Kei Thong, President
Chan Kei's multi-cultural education and experience make him uniquely qualified to lead LDi. He is an experienced and sought-after conference and seminar speaker in China, the U.S., Europe and throughout Asia. He has conducted seminars for companies such as Pfizer, Nabisco, Motorola and Hewlett Packard and many other joint venture corporations and national business owners. His heart is to positively impact China's private equity owners, cultural influencers and government leaders with the importance of living lives based on honesty and integrity.

Roy Smith, Vice President of LDiTraining (LDiT)
A seasoned entrepreneur and pioneer in electronic commerce technologies, Roy Smith has over 30 years of company startup experience and more than 25 years of large-scale, distributed computing technology research, development and application expertise. Prior to joining LDi, Roy was a partner of Seedstage, LLP - a group of successful “serial entrepreneurs” and investors assisting emerging entrepreneurs in starting, financing, and growing high technology businesses. He has started seven high-technology businesses, facilitated the formation of more than 40 others and evaluated over 300 companies for venture investment.

Randy Ebeling, Vice President of US Operations
Prior to joining LDi, Randy Ebeling worked at The University of Texas at Austin for 30 years, holding numerous positions during his tenure. Most recently, he served as Associate Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Information Technology Services, overseeing the centralized functions of administrative and academic computing, data networks and centers, campus telephony (voice) and video conferencing facilities. His experience in operations and technology makes him well-qualified to lead initiatives designed to improve LDi’s operational efficiencies.

Gregg Vossler, Vice President of International Education
With a history of more than 29 years in education, Gregg has served as Vice President of International Education for more than six years. ISC schools are often a key factor in the successful adaptation of expatriate children to the perplexing world of China. Gregg’s passion is not only for serving international children and their families, but is also for establishing private Chinese schools for Chinese children.
